Yesterday, I encountered a tongue speaker, who claimed that Jesus spoke in tongues. Her proof text Luke 4 above. I pointed out that no where in that text does it say he spoke in tongues. But, she insisted that it is there because her pastor said it was. I suggested she open her bible and change churches because her pastor is clearly misleading her.
